Secure bi-directional Pass-Through is available on all channels for remote PBX administration.

Alerts

The ip.buffer provides a comprehensive set of Status Alerts, as email and/or SNMP Traps, to warn of internal conditions such as: memory full, no data activity, buffer configuration changes, the buffer re-booted or the device has been disconnected.

Flexible Scripting Engine
A powerful scripting engine has been added which allows for “front-end” user-definable look-up tables or scripts to be written to help analyze and process incoming CDR records or PBX alarms prior to delivery to the central site software.

Multi-Port Data Collection

The 2 input ports (channels) can be used for data collection from devices such as PBX CDR ports, alarm ports traffic ports, etc. One buffer can collect from both serial and/or TCP/IP simultaneously. All the collected data is kept in individual memory channels which can be polled separately.
